Delivery and Returns

Mainland UK Delivery

All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class and the cost will be £4.50 

Please allow one working day for your order to be processed and any orders made after 8pm will be processed the next working Day.

Our estimated delivery time is  2-4 Working days. 

If you do not receive your item with 4 working days, please allow an additional 2 working days before contacting us times can vary depending on Royal Mail.

Returns and refunds

As this is a cosmetic product without a hygiene seal we do not accept any returns or offer any refunds.

If your item is damaged when it arrives we will happily send you a replacement item or a credit code which can be used to make a future purchase. In order to receive a replacement you just need to send us a photo of the damaged item and explain what is wrong with it.
